Movement Teaching

I offer dynamic and immersive masterclasses designed for training institutions, organisations, and individuals looking to deepen their understanding of movement and embodiment. My approach is rooted in exploration, agency, and connection, blending technical skill with intuitive discovery.

Movement Directing

My directing and Movement directing approach is deeply rooted in my professional training and practice. At the heart of my work is collaboration—I engage closely with directors, actors, and creative teams to develop the unique world and physical language of each play or project.

My role as M.D focuses on translating text into embodied expression, guiding performers through a process that deepens their connection to the play. Through movement, I help shape a production's rhythm, tone, and atmosphere, ensuring that physical storytelling becomes an integral part of the narrative.

Movement Facilitating

My movement facilitations are designed to empower, inspire, and awaken creativity through the body. Rooted in a somatic approach, my sessions encourage participants to connect deeply with their physicality, imagination, and authentic self-expression. Whether through Ecstatic Dance, Movement Meditation, Creativity in Motion, Humanimal, or other offerings, each facilitation provides a playful and respectful space where everyone is welcome. My work is about sparking creativity, fostering freedom, and cultivating a sense of embodiment—helping people feel at home in their bodies while exploring new ways of moving and being. Each session varies in length and is tailored to the needs of individuals, groups, or organisations.
